Hey everyone, I’m very new to aerogardening or any gardening at all. I got the harvest model in hopes to have fresh herbs for cooking since I enjoy doing that. I started the herb kit that came with the garden about 5-6 weeks ago. Genovese basil, thai basil, mint, thyme, parsley, and dill. The basils both shot up quickly and looked great, but as soon as I started pruning them (about 3-4 weeks in) their growth was stunted and they haven’t done much since then as well as the leaves browning some. The dill is the only other one that I’ve pruning, to allow the other ones to catch up in height before I raise the lights up, and it seems to be doing fine. The parsley and mint took a little longer to get going but they seem ok, and the thyme is mostly ok (I think) though it does have a few yellow and brown spots on a few of the leaves. I’ve kept the water topped off to the line, and even swapped the water once. I even swapped it with distilled water based on a suggestion I read. I will try to attach some pictures.

It looks to me like they are receiving too much nutrient.Cut off any browning or faded looking leaves so the energy goes towards growing salvageable parts rather than trying to give all the energy to the sick parts. Then do a complete dump and refill with plain water for a few days and after that start with about 2 ml of water and then add a wee bit more after that. Herbs in a Harvest really don't need a lot of nutrients. When your water was getting low, were you making the mistake of refilling it with nutrient water by any chance?
Welcome to the forum. Glad you are here and I am sure others who have that machine and have encountered that problem will jump on in.

Welcome to the forum!
Looking at the basils it seems like you may have pruned them further down. I can not remember how tall AG basil gets as I have not grown it in a while. It will continue to grow (once you take Corinne's advice in the previous post). It may be more bushy then tall which is fine.
Parley and thyme take more time then Basil. I never grew dill or mint so unsure on the amount of time they take. I once had a rosemary that took 50 days to germinate.
Don't give up. Nutrients, I never give the full amount in my herbs. The most I give in a Harvest unit is 6ml. I usually start off with 4ml.
Please keep us posted on how the garden grows once you take the steps Corinne outlined. Good think about the herbs is that the do grow faster then most other plants if you needed to start over (I am not saying you should).
Welcome again
