I friend over on another forum asked me if I wanted another Harvest. I said it depends on the price. She said it's free, you pay postage. Well I jumped at that offer and said, go to a UPS or FedEx station in your area and have them wrap and ship it to me and let me know the cost and I'll send that back it to you. Sheesh@!!! Over $75!!! I figured $15 or $20 at the most. Anyway, this is what came in the mail today.
Another garden.

I'd be delighted to send members of this board my old Classic 7s. But I imagine that paying UPS to pack and ship them would make it non-worthwhile for people... unless they really, really want white Classic 7s!
If anybody happens to be interested, (with no warranty nor bulbs, but with outrageous shipping charges), you can PM me. (These are the original units in white that use CFL bulbs. They have the same kind of pumps as current AGs, not the noisy air pumps .)

Actually, the cost of wrapping supplies and labor was added in that price, about $20 or so, so if you wrap it yourself the cost is quit a bit lower. I think USPS might be cheaper.

I wouldn't recommend that anybody ask for my AGs unless they - Love the look of white Classic 7 AGs, and really, really want them like I did.
- Don't mind periodically paying for replacement bulbs
- Prefer the spacing that Classic 7s and Ultras have.
(I find that all the newer AGs have the pods too close together to grow romaine well.) (If you don't mind the color of the Ultra, I think that it's the best unit for growing lettuce.) - Are willing to pay outrageous UPS prices for packing and shipping, as I don't have time to pack and go to USPS
