I have a 6 pod aero with herbs. Today I added nutrients for the first time and the screen says "press ok". Which I did and it is still flashing. No matter what I do or how many buttons I push or press and hold down it won't clear.
I'm using distilled water.
Suggestions?

May I ask is the unit a Classic 6 or a Harvest? Did you purchase new from AG or Amazon?
I had this issue with an older unit Harvest. It was within warranty so they replaced it. However in the meantime I just unplugged and reset the garden. Not the ideal solution but it works. I had 84 days on it and spent almost a day resetting the days. Tedious yes. But since them I just keep track on my Google Calendar now for ALL my gardens.

If it is a year or less, contact AG CS and they can warranty it. Or contact Amazon and tell them it is defective. FYI, it all depends on when it was purchased.

I have an older SS6 which I think is the new Classic 6 and it does that. I just ignore it and follow my own record.

I got it fixed. Pushed the power button or light button off and back on and it cleared the screen and now displays what it should. Thanks for all your help!
