I really like that you came prepared!
Both tests I've seen now seem to have quite the crunch snap as you bite into them.
Were you able to discern any flavor aside from the OMG!?

It appears you and Mark had the same type of review, hot and painful

Yes, there was an initial sweetness. But the heat kicked in fast. I am going to make my Mexican pizza with these. These peppers instead of jalapenos. I haven't made one in about a year.

This pepper pretty much gives the heat up front. There was a moment that I could taste the sweetness, but the heat followed pretty quickly. The carrot tastes better than a habanero. I find habaneros to have a bitter edge to them. There are a number of other peppers, like the Jamaican Mushroom peppers, both yellow and red. Both of those let you enjoy the sweetness for a few seconds before the heat kicks in. The yellow has cayenne level heat. The red is as hot as most habaneros.

Love the review!!! Very fun for us spectators. Btw, I thought of you and your famous Mexican pizza the other day as I was playing with some homemade pizza dough and fixings, because I had just made a batch of refried beans in the pressure cooker and thought hmmm, maybe I should attempt to recreate Mike’s Mexican pizza. But I didn’t have the other appropriate ingredients to go with the beans, outside of cheese and onions, so I went with traditional pepperoni, mushroom and onion. I still have the beans though, lol.

My Mexican Pizza will have to be modified a bit. It changes often, anyhow. The big thing I no longer have is my blended homemade salsa. It had the consistency somewhere between tomato sauce and tomato paste. It was spicy and smooth.
I will lay down the tortilla. Spread re-fried beans on that. This time I will spread tomato paste on that. Season it. Brown Hot Italian Sausage and sprinkle on top. Cut up the peppers and give the pizza a lot of peppers. Add a heavy layer of 4-Cheese Mexican shredded cheese. Add fresh cilantro. Sprinkle jalapeno hot sauce over the top. Bake.
