Yeahhhh!!!! Come back home just now...too hungry and tired to unpack it now, but after dinner I'm going to have a good time I think...my new Bounty is here!!!!

check to see if the plug coming out of the reservoir is plugged into the back of the base.
also check to see if you need an adapter for European electric current for that model if it is an older used model..

Thanks for the tips Corinne...unfortunatelly it keeps on not working. Today I'm going to ship it back to Amazon and ask for a replacement. I've noticed some kind of salt build up in the reservoir...maybe they sold me a used unit?  ? |

They will send a new one ... just tell them to shop it asap if possible.
I just returned a new dog interactive toy that they sent me. It had kibble bits, scratch marks and teeth marks on it.
They are getting so bad. I wrote Bezos about it. Of course it goes to the executive branch people but still this is ridiculous. Walmart here has one and two day shipping as does Target and if they have the item for same price I will sometimes order from them instead.

You're absolutely right...It's a real shame they sell used items as new ones.
They told me the replacement will arrive tomorrow. We'll see if this new one is in proper conditions...

I recently bought a 'flying car'. Upon arrival it didn't work. I contacted the seller and, to make a long story longer, they ended up sending me 3 more before I found one that worked. I'll admit that their customer service was fantastic! They kept wanting to refund my money and I kept saying NO, cuz their cost was less then half of everybody else's. I wanted one that worked not my money back. Fortunately, they didn't want the faulty ones back so now I have 3 for spare parts. BTW, the copters all worked fine it was the controllers that were bad. The last one sent (Controller) worked on all 4 copters. I now have 4 working copters and 3 bad controllers. 
If you're interested, here is the car I bought and the company with GREAT service and good prices, BTW. It was on sale for $14.99 last summer. Fantastic bargain!

Oook...I'm much more relaxed now... The replacement is ok! Here it is, with seed pods already in! I sowed heirloom AG Lettuces, Genovese Basil, Chives and left one hole for the Red skin Bell pepper seeds (hope they arrive soon) and the latter hole I will leave it empty.  Now my growing station is complete:  The Harvest on the upper shelf, the Bounty at the ground level.  The shelf above the Bounty is able to be removed, so I will be able to raise the led hood when needed. An update of my Salsola komarowii seedlings: here the day of transplanting in the Harvest:  Here they are today:  It seems they liked it!!! |
