Hi, My Genovese Basil seems not to be able to get thru the pod lid. Instead it's lifting it by pushing out from above:  Do I have to help seedlings to find their way? |

I just lift the cover a little and snip it with the scissors and properly fit it around the stems like a collar. If it is full enough and the leaves cover the top of the sponge to block the light, I just remove the circle for the rest of the project.
