Everything looks really good. You are doing a good job.
Lettuce likes cool temp water, higher lights and less then recommended nutes. They are more "delicate" I guess

I always drop a handful of ice in my tub then test on the pump to cool the water down a bit when it comes to growing lettuces. At least once a day.

A great routine to do.

I've grown microgreens in soil and coco coir in trays. They are tiny and grow into a mat-like carpet. They need to be kept in the dark so they will get long and leggy. Then you expose them to light to green them up.
You might could get little plugs of microgreens in an aerogarden?

Day 1 again! I culled all of my plants over the winter break and have started fresh: - Harvest 1- parsley, cilantro, thyme, and rosemary (and two spacers to keep from crowding)
- Harvest 2- 2 AG cherry tomatoes
- Sprout 1- purple sweet basil and thai basil (spacer in the middle)
- Sprout 2- frilly mustard greens mix, watercress, and mâche (using the strat I did for spinach to drop the temp)
- Farm24XL 1- 2 okra and 2 sugar snap peas on one side, 2 fairytale eggplant, 1 rutabaga, 1 turnip, and 1 beet on the other side (lots o' spacers)(root veggies I pull up so they rest on the top of the grow basket and grow fine- grew lots of radishes and kohlrabi this last year)
- Farm24XL 2- 1 Costa Rican sweet hybrid pepper and 1 Chinese 5 color pepper on one side, 1 bumble bee cherry tomato and 1 Carolina reaper on the other side. I have a reaper and ghost pepper in a bounty right now and want to give them more space.
- Bounty 1- 2 bok choy, 3 kale, 2 collards, and 1 rainbow chard (leaving 1 spacer by the choy)
- Bounty 2- ALL THE LETTUCE! I found 7 lettuce pods from when I bought the units, and filled the other two pods with lettuce seed varieties I bought online. I kept replanting lettuce in the farm over the last year, but with a full clean out I'm putting them in something smaller to better utilize the headroom of the Farms.
I also got a grant for a Tower Garden for my classroom riiiight before COVID shut us down and my plants lived for like a week, and now I can't have it in the room so it's sitting in storage making me sad. Can't wait for the vaccine to really roll out and get us on the way back to normal so I can bring plants back into the classroom.

What a fantastic assortment! Are you using AG pods or your own seeds? If seeds, could you tell me more about what kinds? I'm particularly interested in the herbs. Thanks!

A bit of both! When I ordered my Farm units last Christmas I got really carried away buying seeds. I now have... a lot of seeds. I buy the Park Seeds pods and reuse the baskets from the seed kits. The thyme, parsley, and Thai basil I am currently growing are from AG pods (and what's left from my original purchase). I previously grew the AG Genovese basil and it was a very hearty plant. The purple basil, rosemary, and cilantro I am growing now are from purchased seed. Rosemary is difficult to get started, but stick 5-6 seeds in a pod and at least one should make it eventually. I saw one very tiny little root start today, so I'm hopeful! I also have a stem from a store-bought bundle of rosemary that I propagated in another pod, hoping it'll take root. I have grown the AG bok choy, kale, collards, rainbow chard, and lettuce over this past year with great success. I now use my own seeds and really like the following: purple bok choy, dwarf blue curled kale, dinosaur kale, rainbow chard, merlot lettuce (Baker Creek, but the website is currently down due to high demand and short staffing... that link will work eventually), and forellenschluss lettuce (also from Baker Creek). Sunrise Bumblebee cherry tomatoes (Baker Creek), 5 color Chinese pepper (Baker Creek), Costa Rican hybrid pepper, sugar snap peas, baby bubba dwarf okra, and fairytale eggplant.

Thank you shevraeth! I started a week ago with AG pods and am already planning venturing into seeds for my 2nd planting... it's probably a good thing for my wallet that the seed site you referenced is currently down!
