I have had the AG Harvest Elite 360 for one week and the LED lighting unit no longer turns on. I have reset the machine, but it still will not turn on. The pump still runs, but no light. I bought the unit at Bed, Bath and Beyond online. Any suggestions for getting this fixed? Does AG have good customer service. Can they repair the unit or will I need to return the entire unit? This is frustrating!

Welcome to the forum.
First make sure the light is fully clicked into the rod and the rod into the base. If still a problem contact AG. They will most likely send out a new one doesn't on when it was purchased. I would email and call them.
