I was going to plant peppers on my Farm Plus. But I changed my mind. I want to go back to basics and have one side with herbs and the other with bok choi. Herbs and greens were what I started with on the AG back in 2012. That was all I grew until I found Corinne's site in 2014. I love having fresh herbs to pinch off when needed. I just ordered fresh seeds.

Nothing wrong with going back to where it all started.
Funny you say you are not growing peppers. Mark ans I were just talking and we decided to have only one machine with peppers and we want to do something different in the other "pepper" machine. As soon as my Just sweets are done (there are getting their second batch) I am going to plant all lettuce.

I understand. I'm getting a little excited about this.I ordered a custom herb kit with two pods each of Genovese Basil, Dill, Curly Parsley, Cilantro, Oregano and Rosemary. I've never grown Rosemary before. Is it difficult?
I also oordered the 12-pod Bok Choi. I love choi. They are my favorite salad greens. The last thing I ordered (to get the free shipping) was a 9-pod Heirloom Tomato Kit. I also just found an unopened Anaheim Pepper Kit on my AG Shelf. In April I will plant peppers and tomatoes.

I just received my seeds this morning. It seems strange getting a delivery from AeroGrow on a Sunday morning before 9:30am. Planting them will have to wait until next weekend.
Today, I am making Beef tenderloin chili with red bell, poblano, jalapeno and habanero chilies, onion, celery and tomatoes with no beans. Yesterday, I cut up the vegetables and meat. I'm still working on the seasonings and sauce. I will go into the Instant Pot shortly after noon.

I often go back to initial projects I grew ..like the Petunia Kits and a few projects back, the Heirloom Tom Kit. One of the beginner Custom kits I tried was with Swizzle Zinnias. Guess what? I have them growing in 3 machines today!!!! Revisiting is a good thing....it gets better every time.
I could use a cup of that chili...I started a diet and I am longing for real FOOD!

I also bought the heirloom kit to plant in April in a Bounty.
Corinne, this batch of chili will be hot. 4 habaneros, 6 jalapenos and 4 poblanos. Be careful what you wish for.

Your Chili sounds good mike.
One of my original kits were the Jalapenos. I recently bought another kit of them and actually have one growing in my Mutt & Jeff project. I also had the Flowers with a variety. Although my favorite flower I grew were the Swizzles as well but they were custom.

My first jalapeno kit was actually a salsa kit, with 2 tomato and 1 jalapeno plant. The jalapeno grew much faster than the tomatoes. I think the light hood was too high for the shorter tomato plants. They didn't produce well. The jalapeno did, though. That was back in the fluorescent light days.
That was one of my first projects on Corinne's site in 2014.
