First off, I have no idea if this really works. That being said, I have become an Instant Pot junkie as of late. It has made making hard boiled eggs, rice, dried beans, potatoes, stews, soups and most recently - yogurt, a true pleasure. But I found this posting on an Instant Pot forum and had to share it here. The Instant Pot has a Yogurt feature that sets the pot to 181°f or so for making yogurt without getting too hot to kill the live cultures. If this can sprout seeds in 24 hours using the damp paper towel method, this could get AG gardens going much faster.

Interesting!
I also do a lot of sprouting on my counter top (for sandwich fillers and the like). For me, without the IP, they usually sprout within a day or two as well.
Haven't tried making yogurt in it yet. It's on my list!
