I started some tomato plants in mid January in the Aerogarden seed starter system and last week I transplanted them into soil (indoors). The leaves on most of the transplanted tomatoes are turning yellow. Does anyone know if this is normal? Should I be watering them with fertilizer water or just plain water at this point. They are under grow lights, but do not look good. Any suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks.

Could you add a photo so we could get a better idea of size of seedlings and amount of yellowing?

This is what the plants look like. All of them have similar yellowing taking place. Attachment Deleted

Cut off those yellowing leaves. The plants go into shock when you transplant them,so give them a chance to get used to new grow medium.
I would not be feeding them for a while.Nor would I have the soil wet. Water them and let them do their thing and see what happens.
Also, what was in that soil ..was it re-used soil? Fresh potting soil?

Thanks Corrine. It was fresh potting soil that was used during the transplanting. Thanks for the advice about not over watering. I had read that you should keep the soil wet since the roots are used to being in water only, but I will not water as often and see if it helps.

overwatering will make breeding ground for tons of gnats as well.when the top dries or the plants look dry and thirsty, you may want to sit the pots in water and water them from the bottom!fwiw

I agree with @cornne They are going through a transplanting shock and I too think they will adjust if you let then dry out a bit and let them adjust to the soil mix. Good luck.
