Hi, Can cucumbers grow in an AG? If so, what kinds would be best to make dill pickles? Recipes would be more than welcome, thanks!

Yes Cukes can be grown. Myself and others have successfully grown Mini Munch (you can look through the Members Gardens to see their projects). I do not know what would be good for Dill's however.
BTW, Welcome to the Forum!

Hello sedona, and welcome to AeroGarden Addicts! You can definitely grow cucumbers in an AeroGarden, although you may need a larger model. If you're interesting in seeing what other members here have done, serri588 grew some Crystal Apple cucumbers and some Salad Slicer cucumbers in their AeroGarden Farm. If you're going for miniature pickles, you might be able to get away with a smaller model such as the Harvest, but someone else might know for sure. (I don't have any personal experience with cucumbers or pickling, but it's definitely something I want to do!)

I have grown Arkansas Little Leaf cucumbers outdoors. They are small (for a cucumber) and the plant is parthenocarpic, which means it does not need pollinating.
They are super crunchy 4" long pickling cucumbers. They also are delicious for slicing or snacking.
They MIGHT work in an Aerogarden. I cut off the side shoots and left one main stalk. It was very well behaved and grew about 6' long.
