I started two of the cucumbers in the Aerogarden. One was healthy. The other was was malformed and sick from the get-go.
So I tossed the sick one and planted the other one outdoors last week. It already has 4 cucumbers!

Is simply quartered them lengthwise, lightly salted them, and hubby and I savored every delicious, unadorned bite. They left us craving more!
