Has anyone grown Thai chili in their AG? Wondering if I need to prune it like tomatoes. Also, how long before peppers start to grow.

I never grew the thai chili. Have you done a search on the forum to see if any posts show up on that pepper?

I never grew the thai chili. Have you done a search on the forum to see if any posts show up on that pepper? Update: So I had three Thai chili plants growing in one pod. I was going to cut down the two smaller ones like I did with my tomato pod but decided to try and separate them. At this point, the plants were about 4" tall. (5/22) It took a long time and was VERY difficult to separate them as the roots were intertwined. I had to cut off some of the roots and trimmed the leaves dramatically so that one or more of them could possibly survive being transplanted into their own pots. I did not cut the top of the plants like I did with the tomato. Surprisingly, all three survived the separation. On 6/6, I noticed that one of them had some tiny flowers. (picture attached) Within a week, the other two also had flowers. On 6/13, I saw my first chili pepper forming! As of today, all three have peppers growing on them. I wish I could upload more pics to share with those interested but the site won't let me. :-( They are no more than 8" tall, maybe due to the size of the containers they're in? Anyway, I thought I'd share in case someone looks for this information in the future. :-)

Congratulations on your successful transplants! Thank you! Now that Shawn has told me about photo repositories, I plan on looking into how to upload multiple pics this way so I can share with everyone.
