This Golden Habanero is already at 60 days old, but there's a long way to go before I see any fruit. I have been pruning it heavily to allow for enough light to reach the inside leaves and lower branches of the plant as it's been growing. This photo is after a fresh pruning on Sunday afternoon. This is my favorite pepper to date. Last year I grew it outdoors (and I have one outdoors this year). I'm very curious to see how it will grow and produce in the AeroGarden. Started with AG nutes. Switched to GH Flora series at the fourth feeding. Also added 4ml of Hydroguard at that feeding.

You taught me something new. I had not thought of opening up the canopy for good light penetration. I usually wait until lower leaves start suffering, then do emergency surgery.
Thanks!

I can't take credit for that. Started doing it after watching the Khang Starr YouTube video on using the FIM method to grow peppers in AeroGardens.
