Those pump settings can't be right... or are they?

This morning I planted my first lettuce crop in a Farm Plus I bought second hand.  When I plugged it in I followed the prompt to plant a new garden, and all setting appear to have been properly reset (including the days planted) on both sides of the garden.  However, towards the end of the day I noticed I hadn't heard the pump running in a while (side note: I love the sound of the running water - it's so soothing).  I checked the settings and it appears to be programmed to run 60 minutes on, 660 minutes off.  No, that's not a typo - 1 hour on, 11 hours off.

Is that right for newly planted lettuce?
