Has anyone tried growing edible broad leaf chrysanthemums in the AG?

Girl, I had never heard of edible broad leaf chrysanthiums before, so I looked them up. They sound interesting.
I couldn't discover how tall they grow, but I did read that the leaves are harvested young, so there's a good chance they might work for you.

I've had a different type of edible chrysanthemum at Japanese and Korean restaurants. I couldn't find the same kind but bought this to try. Read that they're good with stir fry. Was hoping someone could give me some guidance on when I could harvest them.
