Here are just a few of the peppers I have grown and reviews of how they taste. If you have a pepper you have grown in the Aerogarden and wish yo have your assessments listed for others to read, please post them below. I will then add it to the main list and your review will them be removed. You can also PM me the name of the pepper and your review and I will post.

Tangerine Dreams Beautiful Deep Orange, minimal seeds, nice flesh thickness and has a nice little kick to them. These would be great for salads or pickling.
So here we go ... Please submit your reviews!
Almapaprika: No heat at all, juicy and extremely sweet. It has a medium skin and is fleshy and are crunchy. Not a lot of seeds for the size. If you like sweet peppers and no heat you will like this one. While the description states it is a sweet heat we did not find any at all.
Big Jim: These Big Jim's smell like a green bell pepper and sweet. They are very crunchy, thin skinned, lots of flesh and moderate amount of seeds. There is a basic Green bell pepper taste profile. Heat wise, If a Jalapeno were scaled at a 10, these would rate a 4/5.
Bulgarian Carrot: Video Review
Carolina Reaper: He took a taste of the tip and it was hot, then he took another bite. Sweat started and said it tastes like a pepper but then the heat hit HARD! It was like pins stabbing his tongue and was hot like molten lava. His teeth hurt and felt heat from within. I have a video of one of the guys doing a taste test. ALSO a review from a worker of Mark's Video Review
Fresno: his pepper was very good. Hot like a jalapeno which caused hiccups (LOL). These were on the fruity side and again equivalent to a red jalapeno. Would be great in chili or a nice substitute for a jalapeno. Of course added, while not as hot the sweets are still his fav but this is a close 2nd now!
Habanada: Very little seeds. Thin flush with a nice crunch. Slight citrus undertones. Would be great for cooking and goes well with Italian cuisine. These would be very good cut into ringlets for an Italian antipasta salad but not as a replacement for bell peppers in a salad.
Jalapeno (AG): Video Review
Jalapeno Tam: Green: Nice thick and firm flesh. Very crunchy. Mildly sweet with no heat. Many seeds and slightly earthy. Red: Nice thick and firm flesh. Very crunchy. Delayed spiciness. Still a tad earthy.
Jaloro: Very nice tasting pepper. One that I will save seeds for to grow again. The pepper has a thin skin with thick flesh walls. It is a very sweet pepper. The heat comes in briskly however due to the sweetness the heat you forget about. Comparing it to a Jalapeno. On a scale of 1-10, if a Jalapeno was a 10 then the Jaloro comes in about a 4 to 5.
Jamaican Bird Pepper: (Reviewed by ERR0R1755) Grow Method: AeroGarden Harvest;Time to Germinate: 17 days, Time to First Harvest: N/A , Time to Last Harvest: N/A (ended after 112 days) , Plant Spacing: 1 per Harvest (17% usage), Final Height: 16 inches. Would I grow these again? Unlikely. If I did grow this again, it would be outdoors or in a very large DWC setup. Lessons Learned: Check the height. Check the height.
King Aurthur: The pepper is nice and heavy in weight. Has a sweet fresh smell of a bell pepper. Sweet in flavor. Great crunch with a dense flesh. The bite is firm yet juicy. Average amount of seeds. Great for snacking, roasting, salads and more.
NuMex Lemon Spice Jalapeno: (Reviewed by maskedsonnet ) Great color! A very lovely sunshine-yellow. Sweet with a hint of citrus before the spice hits. Hotter than the average jalapeno. Great if you want to spice up a dish and add a fun pop of color at the same time!
NuMex Orange Spice Jalapeno Peppers: (Reviewed by mike ) I ate this pepper in three bites. I only drank cold water after I finished the pepper. My first taste was a light sweetness. I didn't have much time to place the taste before the heat hit. It was hotter than a standard jalapeno. The heat affected the front of the mouth, roof, tongue and lips. It didn't get to the cheeks or throat. The heat lasted longer than the green one I tried before, but not significantly. Throughout the process I could taste that sweetness. It was light without being cloying. There was no bitterness. This did not taste like a jalapeno. The closest I could put the sweetness to was cream soda. But I have to note, I was drinking coffee with Splenda and Half and Half an hour before, so I don't know if that influenced it. Overall, a very nice experience. I'm not sure what dishes that will pair well with, though. Grade: B+
(Reviewed by maskedsonnet ) The color is a lovely, deep orange. Nice thick flesh for a jalapeno. Rather sweet, with no hint of spice until I got about half-way up the pepper, and then it was a very pleasant, mild heat. I think as a pickle it would make a very tasty snack pepper, and fresh would go well in just about anything you want a little extra kick to.

Sheepnose: The Sheepnose is a wonderful tasting pepper. No heat at all. They are hearty and sweet. Peppers would be great in a salad, stuffed or even pickled. These are a keeper.

Sweet Jalapeno: The Sweet Jalapeno had no heat (when green) and was very sweet. My husband said if a bell pepper and Jalapeno had a baby pepper this would be it. You can see a picture here.
