Hi:
I finally set up my Farm XL on Sunday, July 26.
Today, July 28, I tried to adjust the light on the right side of my Farm XL and it did not go up.
Is there a way to troubleshoot this problem and fix it?

sriya, not a lot of us have Farms, so it may take a while for someone who knows to be able to answer your question.

The AG customer care agent advised me to press firmly, but gently downwards on the back of the hanging LED light that was not adjusting while pressing the arrow for it to go UP. It didn't work for me, but others say it has worked for them. They then also asked me to switch the connections between the XL roof and the LED lights on the left and right side. 🙄. I haven't done that. Days later, it seemed whatever was wrong self corrected. sriya, not a lot of us have Farms, so it may take a while for someone who knows to be able to answer your question.
