Being tired of waiting for that first Hungarian Wax to turn colors, I've decided that it's mostly ripe enough, at least to try. While I was at it, I cut off a Sapporo, Thai, Jalapeno and Serrano.

The Jalapeno was a jalapeno. The Serrano was a Serrano.
The Sapporo was mild. I'd almost use them like string beans.
The Hungarian wax was pretty mild on the tip, but got significatly hotter as you worked your way in. Tasted about how I expected it would.
No one touched the thai.
