That sounds awesome. I wonder if anyone on the message board has ever made giardiniera relish before. I would like to learn how to do that!

I have never made it, but I keep a jar in the refrigerator.

The ripe ones here are very hot! They are hotter than the serrano's I just put in to ferment.  |

Hi Mike,
I am a beginner and I am about to start growing Jalapenos in my Aerogarden Bounty. I am just wondering what the 10ml of Mooch is that you are adding? Please excuse my ignorance. Lol
