For the last 3 weeks, it's not sprouted and has green mold growing. Do I have a bad batch?

Hello and welcome.

Cilantro can be a very hard herb to grow. You can call for a replacement pod.

As for the green algae on it .. is it slimy? If so man of us have had that. Thanks to one of our members many of us now follow his findings. Not adding nutes for a while. You can read more about that here.

carefully scrape what is there off.
