I just ordered this for $59 with the $20 off coupon.
Reviews are decent, but it has that awful blurple light. It will stay hidden in my Kratky closet.
Anyway, for the price, it will be interesting to see how it does.
Aerogarden sponges are compatible.

The lights failed on this unit. I can't send it back because hubby discarded the packaging.
The way it is made I may be able to remove the light pole and use the base under an Aerogarden light panel.

That is a shame. I would still contact Amazon. They may still take it back using your own packaging. I know that they do this on some items. Give it a try.

I managed to get the lights working on the cycle I wanted.
So I canceled my return and am enjoying my little oddball hydroponics unit. |

The holidays are coming and so will the sales. Keep that in mind. They usually have great sales. Plus Amazon and Woot has good prices at times as well. I post in the Sale thread when I find them  |

Will do, joes . I can tell you that the quality is not as good as Aerogarden. And, AFAIK, they do not sell separate baskets and sponges. i have read that AG baskets and sponges will work. I'll find out!
Shawn , I hope they have sales soon. Everything seems to be changing at AG. They seem to be moving into bigger, more expensive systems that I cannot afford.
And I think their current sale price of $99 for a Harvest is way too high.
Just my opinion!

I am liking this machine.
My earlier problem with the light settings were due to my not understanding the poorly written English instructions.
It is much simpler than I was trying to make it.
Another plus -- it holds 5 liters instead of the half gallon the Harvest holds. So the tank is actually Bounty sized.
The only thing is that the lights only extend a hair over 13" compared to the Bounty's 24".

The lights died on this unit.
I am keeping it to use as a Kratky seed starter and cloner under my other lights.

Yes, I could have sent it back. But it works so well for my other purposes, like where to put sprouts until they grow a little and I find a permanent home for them, that I can still use it without the light. (The pump doesn't work without the light either.)
I found out why they had such great reviews. When you buy one you get a $20 Amazon credit if you leave a review, then email them a screen shot of it. 
I knew when I bought it that it was a cheap Chinese knockoff, so I'm not surprised or upset.

I would still return it if you could or complain about it. That is a lot of money for something that broke even if you can repurpose. But that is just me
