I just got a new Farm12XL. It started updating once it got Wifi connected. About halfway through the screen went blank. I left it alone for awhile just in case it was rebooting or finishing. It has been that way for over an hour and now upon Googling it doesn't look good. I'm going to unplug it soon and leave it for awhile to see if it resets, but not off to a great start on my 4 day old machine.
I'm power cycling it now to see if it will come back.

Oh, verfalla, I am so sorry. I hope they will send you another one right away.
I had a Harvest Elite that was DOA. They replaced it, and the new one has run flawlessly for months.
But it's such a heartbreak when you anticipate the excitement of starting a new Aerogarden and it doesn't work.

I have spoken to someone at AG. There were some issues with a batch of the OLDER Farms that this happened on. If within warranty period they may fix the screen. However on the New version it is updating fine. I tested it on mine and it worked.
