Hi there, this is my first time growing anything in my aerogarden. I probable planted way too much in my Bounty Elite, I planted 1 heirloom cherry tomato, 1 golden tomato, 1 bell pepper, 1 basil, 1 chives and 1 kale. Everything is growing good and my first tomatos are forming on both plants, but I see some kind of fungus or mold on the trunk. See this pic, on the left side plant. drive.google.com/file/d/1ddTwOSGojV4ZKGC0y6WocUfR0-M55FHc/view?usp=drivesdkLet me know thpughts and what I can do.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
You (along with many others so do not feel bad) do the same thing. Not knowing we plant everything in one unit. Yes, Aerogarden says it is possible, and I guess it can be. But as you will see after looking in the forum, it is not always the case.
Moving on to your garden. You do have a lot going on in the garden. Usually in a Bounty, the best is having two tomatoes, two peppers or one tomato and one pepper plant. This give enough room for width and air circulation. While you can do more, things get tight.
Of course you can grow herbs and greens with them. I have found and also learned a long time ago from AG chats, that Tomatoes and Peppers like warm water. Herbs and Greens love cold. So having all in one unit can cause problems for some and not others. Lastly, greens use less nutrients then pepper as does some herbs.
Aerogardening is fun but can have some fails or mishaps. I had many when I started out. I learned a LOT from several members on this forum (this forum replaced a previous one a few years ago). If you look thru various areas you will find many tips and help. But always ask if not sure.
On to your picture. Looking at it, it may be the roots are growing out from the stalk. I believe that is a tomato plant? I had that happen to me once and was told the seed was not in far enough in the sponge. Is this true? But Mine went on with no issues. Is that your problem? I am not sure because I am not a tomato grower. I know we talked about it here somewhere and will look for it, however here is what I have read online: Please be patient as others may chime in
I hope to see and hear more about your garden. On a side note, are you from Jersey? I am.
