A while back, I started chard and perpetual spinach (a relative) in the seed starter.
Germination wasnt great, so I pulled duplicates up and put them in new pods to see how many I could save. Some of them just had tiny pieces of their roots left by the time I got them out.
Out of 6, one died and one is hopelessly stunted.
But I did end up with 4 healthy rescues!

spinach is known to be a tough one for the AG. Yours is the best I have seen.

@cornne and Shawn , I would love to take credit for being an Aerogarden spinach pro. But perpetual spinach is not a true spinach. It's actually a chard with a mild spinach taste. It can take summer heat that would make real spinach bolt. I especially love the mild taste raw.
