When you eat a hot pepper most people go for milk and bread.
Mark and I found a new alternative that is cooling, tasty and good. GRAPES! Did you know that Grapes instantly cool the heat from a pepper, well they do. We were watching some recipe/food channel and they had a whole show on Hot Foods. They were talking about Grapes cooling the heat. We tested it out (with milk on hand in case for me) and the grapes worked!
Just a fun thing I learned and wanted to share. If anyone tries this I would love to see if it helps you too.

What a great idea! Every summer when I have a pool party I put the same grape and cheese platter out for snacks - now I think I’ll add some home grown peppers to the platter, too. It’ll look prettier as well.
