Harvested these today! There's some darker parts from where it "ate" bits of the sponge, but those are easy enough to cut off. I'll write up my summary once I try one of them.   |

Surprisingly, this was less spicy than other varieties I've grown (such as the Crimson Giant), but it also had a lack of flavor. This might have been due to my neglect of it. I ate one thin slice from each radish and did not taste any difference between them, and now I have the rest of the radishes thinly sliced and dehydrating.
Here's my self-survey:
Plant Grown: Japanese Wasabi Radish
Grow Method: AeroGarden Harvest
Time to Germinate: 3 days
Time to First Harvest: 56 days (since germination)
Time to Last Harvest: 56 days (since germination)
Plant Spacing: 4 per Harvest (67% usage)
Final Height: 11 inches
Nutrients Used: 18ml of AG nutes
Would I grow these again? I don't think so. I might try it again and pay more attention to see if it turns out to have a better flavor, but as it is today, I would rather grow other radish varieties.

Rats! I was hoping mine would have the very spicy sinus clearing effect of wasabi!
Maybe I'll up the nutes and see if that helps!
