Does anyone know why my jalapeño pepper leaves are drying out and turning brown on the very end of the leaves? The rest of the leaf is fine, it is just on the very tip. I use AG nutes and mooch as recommended here in the forums. Thanks in advance!

May I ask what machine, how much nutrients and how much mooch. How often are you giving the mooch? And are you doing r&r's?

I have the harvest AG and I put 8 oz of AG nutes and 8 oz of Mooch every two weeks.

Ounces? No No No... that should be ML. Make sure you mis-typed and not actually using ounces.
I hope you mean 8ml of nutes every two weeks. I personally usually give 6ml and if needed add more.
Mooch, It is 5ml for units (not Farms) except the Sprout. Usually added every week for Tomatoes and Peppers. Unsure about other items. However you start at 3ml at day 30 then 5ml thereafter.

Sorry Shawn. It was 8 ml of each every two weeks. Ok. I will reduce the amounts to 6 ml of AG nutes every two weeks and 5 ml of Mooch every week.

For peppers, it should be 8 ml per gallon of water your AG basin holds for the first two feedings. The 3rd feeding, I usually use 10-11.5 ml per gallon. After that, I use 12 ml per gallon of water. As for Mooch, it's 10 ml per gallon starting at 30 days (3rd feeding).

mike is correct. I am sorry I was thinking Herbs. I use 6ml for them.  My mind has been swirling around the past few days and I forgot this was Jalapenos.

Thanks Mike and Shawn. I can do some math now and figure it out. The Harvest is about .6 gal of water. Now I can go back to HS math and get it right!
