Hi, I just got my first aerogarden product a few days ago. Followed set-up instructions exactly, to my knowledge.
I am concerned I have a problem. The screen only displays water level as "medium" despite it being to the full max line. Also, when I press Test Pump button nothing happens, and my water hasn't gone down in 3 days, not even a drop (12 pods planted in left side). There is no sound or water movement when I do test pump button. How do I know if my pump is working at all? And why can't the product sense that the water is MAX full and only saying "med"? I'm so confused and super frustrated since there is no way whatsoever to get a hold of anyone at the company.

Hello and welcome. Please make sure that the pump wires are in fully and in correctly. This is a common mistake. Also make sure that the pump water indicator tube is on correctly. Sometimes the slightest bit off can effect the level. Take it off, make sure nothing is inside and place it back on tight. I know you said you emailed CS, please also send them a message on Facebook. They WILL get back to you. Due to the pandemic they are working remotely and are swamped. They will get back to you and help diagnose and help if something needs replacing.
In the beginning stages the pump only runs for 1 hour every 12 for the first two weeks. Also the water level should not change much if any. After the two weeks it will run more.
One more thing, fill the water tank until the water starts to fill that area and see if the level changes.

The farm units will automatically report the water level as "medium" when they can't detect the water level. As Shawn pointed out, this can happen if either the wires aren't connected or if the water indicator tube inside the basket isn't properly set up.
Since you said the pump isn't running either, I would suspect the wires aren't all connected. Behind the the two farm baskets, there should be a rectangular part in which you connect the pump and water-level wires for each of the baskets. It looks roughly like this:
Make sure the pump and water-level wires are properly connected to their respective side.
But also make sure that you haven't forgotten to plug in the power cord (it looks like a USB wire if I recall correctly). I've definitely forgotten to do this before.
