I saw these at Baker Creek and couldn't resist trying them. They are 20% sugar and you can actually make sugar out of them. (Grate, boil down, then dehydrate.)
I will probably slice them thin and eat them raw.
The only thing that is new to me is that they require slightly alkaline water. So I had to treat the tank with pH Up.
