Some time ago I started a Mini Munch in a mason jar. So far it appears to be doing fine with several cucumbers starting.
Looking at the jar it appears that it is very full of roots.
Do I leave it alone and keep watering and feeding it or should I attempt to trim up the roots, and if so how?

IMO, I would leave it alone as long as there is breathing space at the top of the roots. But I am guessing from snipping other roots in other mason jar projects and having the plants unharmed,, that no harm would be done.
