I ordered a new Farm 24 Basic, when it was on sale. Along with that, I ordered some seed kits, 3 replacement pumps and the pack of 50 Stick-on Seed Pod Labels. The box arrived yesterday afternoon, and today we decided to open the box and get it set up. After we put the Farm together, I used the Packing Slip to take inventory of everything received. Immediately, I noticed that the Stick-on labels where no where to be found. Checked and double checked. Then, I when I went to put the new replacement pumps with the 1 I already have, I noticed the label was different and sure enough, the pump is different. I went back to my order and it agrees with my recollection...I ordered 200623. What I got is 100623. Sigh. So, I've sent an email via the AG app off to AG, surely they are closed for the day, but I sent it anyway. Sigh. The good part is I don't need those pumps right now, and I'm not in urgent need of the Stick-on labels either. So, I can begin my planning...  |

At least you can start planning! It's never nice to end up with wrong/missing stuff, but I've found the customer service with AG is always very polite and helpful when they get to you. I imagine they're a bit overrun with messages lately with how their business has shot up over the past year, but I hope they get to you soon!

At least you can start planning! It's never nice to end up with wrong/missing stuff, but I've found the customer service with AG is always very polite and helpful when they get to you. I imagine they're a bit overrun with messages lately with how their business has shot up over the past year, but I hope they get to you soon! Thanks & true...but I just went to look thru the Heirloom Salad Kit that is supposed to be 12 pods, and guess what. It is NOT. It is only 9 and they are missing my favorite, Red Sails! Missing 1 Deer Tongue, 1 Rough d'Hiver and they have me an extra Marvels of 4 Seasons. Clearly, someone wasn't paying much attention when they packed that box. I wonder if others I've received have been shorted? I've never counted before, but this one was just obvious. The new Farm Basic is going to be all salad stuff, of course. Sigh. I do have some packets of seeds to try, so may start there to cover what is missing. Ah, well, it will be fun anyway!  |

Still no word from AG. Contemplating contacting my CC, since I've already paid the bill, but no contact at all. I did send another message, this time via email, instead of the "chat" thing. Grrrrrrrr.

Weird that it’s taking so long! Though I’m not sure if they work weekends, plus Monday was President’s day so they may have had it off too... when I had trouble I think it took 3-4 days before they got back to me if I remember right. A week seems like a bit much

Time to consider this issue closed, I suppose. Fed Ex just brought the replacement pumps (I had already returned the wrong ones to them) along with the package of 50 PS pod labels and 2 Red Sails Pods too. Mind you, they insisted that they couldn't "sell" me a AeroVoir 2019 Tubing set up, that they don't have them in stock to sell...yet there was one in my box. The curved/rigid part of the set up is pretty crushed, so I'm not sure that it will be at all usable. But, since they won't sell me enough to use with all my water systems, it probably doesn't matter. At this point, for vacations, I'll use the one AeroVoir that I purchased for the Bounty. I'll use the water jug systems for the 3 different farms, 1 just set up to serve each Farm 24 with tubes going to each of the 2 tubs. Although I do have their sku number for the tube setup, if they should ever change their minds?  |
