I have some cherry tomatoes growing on my Harvest. I notice that the leaves are starting to curly. And some have died.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hello and welcome.
I am not a tomato grower so I do not want to say. However we have many tomato people and I am sure someone will answer. Please be patient.
Thank you

When the leaves are dark green and curled downward, it's likely you're overfeeding them and they are trying to process too many nutrients. Cut back on the solution for a few days to see if that eliminates the problem. When leaves curl upward, they are missing a vital nutrient. From the picture, it looks like they are curled down, so my guess is that they are being overfed. I would cut back on the nutrients, but I am not totally sure.

Thanks.
So far I have only fed them when the light is on. But I will hold back a little.

As gsaxon said, it appears they are being overfed. I would also suggest you dump your tank and feed them a weaker nutrient solution.

Is this true for all types of plants or just tomatoes?

golddustpeak, I believe different plants react differently to the nutrients, so I am not sure. It may be true for other plants, but I would hate to generalize and mislead you.
