So, for my new Farm 24 Basic, we are working on setting it up to sit here: And, in order to be able to set up a watering system, similar to this: I need to raise the unit by 1 inch. That way, the water line in the Farm will be 5 inches above the table top and the water system will be that same water line of 5 inches above the table top. QUESTION: Has anyone needed to raise their farm by about an inch? If so, how did you do it? Mikey is thinking of cutting some wood, affixing that to the bottom of the feet and then placing the AG rubber insert feet into that wood. If that makes sense. In the meantime, I thought I would pose the question, in case someone found an easier solution, like adjustable feet or something?

I have not raised mine. Well I did but it is on a dunnage rack. I only did that so it is not sitting on the floor in case of a leak or if I spill water. I want to be able to get under and behind to vacuum ad can do not under the rack.

He made them yesterday and painted them too. Paint doesn't dry very fast in the cold of winter!

I like they are lifted just for the fact of being able to clean under and behind.

I like they are lifted just for the fact of being able to clean under and behind. That makes sense & I totally agree. Smaller units are easy enough to move. Farms, not so much. I gotta get to those Corgi tumbleweeds! (Saying Corgis shed a lot is an all-time understatement!)

So, here's what we did: Removed the rubber feet: Mikey made lifts to fit under the base, used the holes in the base that are used for stacking to place screws to hold lift in place & then placed the rubber feet in the lift: Ta-da, perfect height now, lifted: Theoretically, this should make the water line level with the water jug supply...when that arrives from Amazon...but things are weather delayed. Sigh...

That looks really nice!! Hopefully the weather starts behaving soon ._. Thanks! I'm pleased! When Mikey brought in a couple of blocks of wood for the other unit & said, there, fixed. I was less than pleased, so he went back to work & make a nice kind of trivet looking piece. Stained and varnished. This time, he didn't even think of just sticking blocks of wood there. He did make it look like it belonged that way! I know the looks aren't really that important, but it is in my house & it is nice to have it look nice too? The plants are so pretty!!

I would argue that the looks definitely matter! Itβs a decorative piece as well as a place to grow food
