So I got my mom an AeroGarden as a Christmas gift ... and when it came in, the exterior box was fine, but the inner (actual) AG box had a huge gash in it. Obviously, that wasnt gift-worthy, not to mention I have no idea if the unit functions or not. So, I got on the phone with customer service and they already sent a replacement and gave me an RMA labe theu FedEx. So hubby tells me just now, “why don’t you just keep that one (if it works) since it’s already here?” Unfortunately, I got this one (the Ultra) for half price on one of their huge sale days, but I dont know if they’ll give it to me for that half price (was like $112). What would YOU do?

I would NEVER keep the one with the gash.

Yeah, I’m thinking the same thing - heaven only knows what could be wrong with it, and besides - there are still plenty of deals going on!
