My right hand side panel won’t come on anymore. I plugged it into the left hand side and it’s not the panel itself. After checking the other AeroGarden forums, it appears this might be a widespread problem. Contacted support, waiting to hear back.
Anyone else having this problem?

Yup I had that issue with one of my farm units. I ended up contacting AeroGarden, providing all relevant details, and they shipped me a new hood for the farm. Thankfully I was within the 1-year warranty period. |

I have one of the first farms, so it’s well out of warranty.
with being so wide spread to the right side, it may be a software problem.

I have the same problem, which is why I joined this board. Looks like no solution available yet. I contacted AG and the rep was really nice in her email asking for all the info on what I tried and what I need to start the warranty process. I replied that my unit is over a year old and out of warranty, and all I want to know are the exact specs of the panel. Haven't heard back since. I can get a power adapter/transformer to power it separately from the farm, I just need to know the exact voltage and current. The plug for the LED panel is a standard 2.5mm plug, so there has to be a way to power it with an adapter.
