Yes, I see what you mean. It does look like a magnesium deficiency. Your tomatoes are lovely to look at, even with the yellow leaves.

That is a lot of green peppers! I'm not a big fan of them either, but from time to time I can appreciate a stuffed pepper.
I haven't tried it before, but you could look into drying or dehydrating them to make a spice?
