When did they start turning down, a couple days after feeding? Google results says dark green and turning down is a sigh of over feeding. Are you shaking your nutrient bottle really well before feeding, I failed to do that and found lots of stuff settles when I got to the bottom of the bottle.
Since I am fairly new to hydroponics I kind of depend on google. The more I read the more I realize that measuring PPM is just a guide, you have to pay closer attention to the plants in hydroponics that in soil as things happen faster and the warning the plants give is shorter lived. Is it just the Tomatoes that are doing this, it is hard to tell about the others? Tomatoes like heat, for soil grown, roots want the ground 70F and hotter to be happy.
If the edges/tips of the leave start to brown, you will know it is too much nutrient. Good luck!

It is pretty normal for Aerogarden heirloom tomatoes. Mine do it, too.
However, too strong nutrients will make the leaves curl excessively and make them crispy.
When the plants are small, it's safer to err on the low side.
