My water light keeps blinking red on my new Harvest aero garden even after filling it with water. I have touched and held light in, tapped it, unplugged and plugged it in again. Thanks in advance

Hello, please make sure the water level bobber is not stuck. There is a tube that says fill to here. Twist tho remove. Make sure the level inside is free moving.
Also make sure the pump plug is in tight.
