Occasionally, but not regularly. It's hard to believe they are only a week since seed. I will thin them to two tonight. It's supposed to be 91° today, yuck. I have to run to the grocery store, too. I agree, Mike! Hard to believe they've grown so fast! And, I'm with you on the heat stuff too. It is back to the 60's here, but, in the PNW, anything over 50 and we're wearing shorts and sandals!

Wow! The Jericho is VERY fragile at one week. I killed some I wasn't trying to thin out. A couple got caught in the slits in the labels and are now laying on the grow deck. Some pods are down to one plant. Jeez. The Pac Choi are much more durable. I haven't thinned those yet.

These are recovering after thinning them. I now think I will wait a full two weeks before thinning in the future.

Added 42 ml Growth Technology Ionic Grow nutrients today. They aren't due until Sunday, but I'm not happy with their progress.

I hope so. I stepped up the nutrients to full strength, recommended amount of 4 teaspoons per gallon. I thought the plants, especially the lettuce looked a bit anemic.
For breakfast, I'm making a wrap using the leftover chicken mixture from last night along with some of this choi and some bean sprouts.
