Does anyone know what Order Exported means? I placed an order on May 26th and my order status says Order Exported.

I have no idea. A wild guess is that it might be on the way from China.

If I may verify, you are talking about an order from Aerogarden? Did you receive a tracking number?
"Exported" may mean they are awaiting the pickup of the item from their warehouse or the warehouse is awaiting its arrival from the manufacturer.
When was it ordered? Was the item in stock or on a waiting list?

It was ordered from Aerogarden on May 26th and it showed in stock. I haven't received any tracking info or anything from them to explain the delay. |

It does take a couple of business days to get it processed. Once processed it can take a week to typically ship. Then depending on your location additional time can apply.
Also remember many companies are still taking longer due to covid and the extreme influx of shipping. From everything I have heard or seen, many people actually receive their items before getting a shipping notice or quickly after getting it.
You can give them a call or email them as well to ask for an update.
I know this may not answer your question directly. It is only 7, well 6 with the holiday Business days since ordering so you should receive it soon.

Does anyone know what Order Exported means? I placed an order on May 26th and my order status says Order Exported. I'm thinking you are looking online, at your Account page with AG, right? I never checked my Order Status thru the Account page, I just waited for the emails. I looked back at my orders and I would get the "Order Confirmation" email on the same day. Next, in a few days I would get another email that I'll call the "Thank you for your order" email. Then, about 4-5 days later, I would get the "Shipment Confirmation" email. From that one, I was able to "track" the shipment. Funny, they don't all take the same route to get to me...not sure why that is, but I have a feeling it was more of weather conditions than anything, during the winter. I think, if you haven't received any emails from AG, I would reach out to them, on Monday. You can find the Contact Info HERE. Good luck & let us know how it goes! Oh...you might check Spam folders too. On your computer and then go to your online folder too! |

I think, on all of my orders, and there have been more than a few, I received the "Shipment" email within a couple of days. From there, the Carriers can take their sweet time about getting it to you. I know that I did have one "replacement" order that was delayed in shipping because they were waiting for the Red Sails pods to "be built." Might I ask what you ordered? Maybe it is a similar situation, if the pods to be included with your order are backordered, even though the AG machine you ordered is in stock? Of course, that is complete speculation on my part! |
