Your welcome. I just ordered some plastic mason type jars for doing this. My neuropathy in my hands and feet has caused too much glass to break in my household. I'm trying to replace it with plastic where I can.

I just started soaking more broccoli seeds and another jar with a broccoli, clover and alfalfa mix.

You want to talk fast? These are alfalfa, broccoli, and clover sprouts. I put these seeds in to soak Sunday night. I poured off the water on Monday.  |

Very cool, Mike. Have you ever visited Sprout People dot org? It's a fun site with lots of info. The one thing I learned from that site is rinse, rinse, rinse!

I like sprouts a lot better than microgreens. Those are going to be good! , I'm curious as to why you like sprouts better (other than that microgreens are so much harder to grow.) |

The microgreens (especially broccoli and such) are way spicier than the sprouts. I like a milder crunch.

Oh no! I just bought a bunch of broccoli seeds under the assumption that broccoli micro greens would be milder than broccoli sprouts, which I dislike.
I had just made the assumption that as things grow from sprouts to micro greens to regular greens that things would get milder.
Well, that’s what I get for making assumptions!
Maybe I can just grow broccoli leaves in my aero gardens.?

Happy, maybe the ones you bought will not be spicy. If they grow fast enough maybe just give it a try? If you don't like that is not a lot of time wasted.
