I planted Aji Lemon Peppers on the right side of Farm Plus #2. Burpee likes to call them Hot Lemon Peppers, but they are Aji Lemon Peppers. This pepper from the markets of Ecuador ripens to a pure lemon yellow in about 80 days, but it is delightfully flavorful when green. The skin is tender and the aroma is spicy, with a hint of pine woods. As hot as any cayenne but with a truly unique flavor. Best used fresh, but its sensational in sauces too. That is a wonderful loss. It feels good doesn't? I lost 60lbs, but with the last two surgeries and the foot injections I gained 15 back and trying to lose that again.

Yes, but I'm just getting started. I don't know exactly where I was in the video, but it was in the 320's. On April 11, 2020 I weighed 326. This was shortly after getting laid off due to Covid. I knew I had to make changes. Yesterday, I weighed 273. My goal is 200 lbs. I suspect the best I'll be able to do if I am lucky is 220. Hopefully, when I lose more I can start eating normal foods again.

You can do it mike. Mark lost 92 lbs. It is a long slow process but can be done. He has more to go as do I and we will all do it  |

If there is any way that I might be of some support, I would be honored. I've got a number of pounds I've recently "found" and will be thankful to "lose" too! I need to get serious about it. It has been tough, as things have been. I'm so looking forward to getting back to a more normal, normal. Mikey, Stanley, Cadie and I will all enjoy dropping a number of pounds.

Because of diabetes, I am on a strict low carb diet, less than 20 per meal. The other thing is fighting low blood sugar. It's a real battle.

I can always use motivation and support. I do not have diabetes but I try to be low carb. I do not do sugars either unless already in an item and even then I try to cut it.
I can always create a board for this and it would be by invite only. Meaning only those who want in can see it. Something to think about.

Well, earlier in the week, I tried to help one of the two seedlings by removing the seed casing. In doing so I removed one of the cotyledons with my fat fingers. I didn't have much faith in that seedling surviving. So I ordered more seeds. I still don't know the fate of that seedling. But the other two pods have now germinated. They are almost to the label. I don't have to worry about the one seedling. Yea!

I thinned these down to one plant per pod today. I kept all four plants, for now. That will be reduced to two or three in two weeks or so. I also moved the plants to the outside left, right, front and back for spacing. The front will probably be removed. I may combine extras on Bounties.
