The past month or so I have been kinda lazy with my gardens. That is going to change. I am going to take a look at what I have, re-evaluate and re-vamp. Now that things have calmed down on my end I can concentrate on my gardens. Between unexpected events, heat, hurting body and being burnt... I let things go undone for a time. I have rested and am ready to get invested again! Anyone else get burnt out? What do you do to get back in the groove? Now that I have my mojo back I am looking (or do I have already) new seeds. I am waiting for some of those mike are growing to come in stock. |

Glad you're getting back into the swing, and I hope to be following your example with my AGs soon!! Burn-out is always a bummer. Lots of sleep and a very gradual increase in activity so I don't double-burn-out is how I usually pull out of it.

If you're looking for new and unusual varieties, I would recommend the Experimental Farm Network. I bought some seeds from them and haven't grown any yet, but they have weird cultivars that you won't find anywhere else. All of the seeds are sold by individuals/farmers rather than larger seed companies though, so germination rates might not be as high. |

That pink celery is a hoot! Would be a conversation starter at a pot luck or other sharing event!
