I put the short zinnia that wasn't getting light into Kratky just to see how it would do.
It will very quickly outgrow the vase, but it is a fun project for now.

It is a cheap clear vase. Amazon sells sets of 3 covers. I got one red, one burgandy and one pink.
I can't use the pink because it would let algae grow. They are stretchy and fit almost any jar or vase.

The krstky zinnia is growing, but it is getting the black around the leaf tips that the ones in the AG got.
