[Success/Hugel] SSE 2021 Spinach Trials (Aug 25, 2021)

I received these seeds through the Seed Savers Exchange's ADAPT 2021 program.
Noorman Spinach:

Securo Spinach:
I tried starting these seeds before indoors with no success, so now I dumped the rest of each seed packet into a hugelkultur barrel outdoors.
Noorman Spinach:
A semi-savoy spinach with dark green leaves and a prostrate growth habit. Plants reach 11-16 inches wide. Donated to SSE by John Wyncoll of Bolton, England. A variety by this name has been exchanged in the SSE Yearbook Exchange for at least 20 years.
Old Dominion Spinach:
Leaves are dark green with moderate blistering. Leaves are rather erect, with a glossy surface and range in shape from elliptic to arrow-shaped. Plants reach 6-8" tall and 10-15" wide. Acquired by SSE from Peace Seeds. This variety appears in USDA Miscellaneous Publication #316 (published in 1938) where it's described as a 1929 introduction by the Virginia Truck Experiment Station.
Securo Spinach:
Semi-smooth leaf spinach with medium-green, triangular-shaped leaves. This variety came to SSE from John Wnycoll of Bolton, England and has been shared in the SSE Exchange for 26 years beginning in 1992.
