Have you tried chatting with an Aerogarden rep (from the web site)? I had to get a warranty replacement part for a Farm 12 Plus in mid-October (I think). Someone here posted that Chat gave much faster results than email, so I tried it (even though I'm awful at chat). I composed my "issue" in advance, complete with dates, addresses, order number, etc., so that I could paste it into the Chat window. The rep handled the order quickly, and the part shipped in a couple of days. Then it took FedEx 3-4 weeks to get the part from Missouri to California, but all shipping is slow these days. If you use Chat, you can get a person looking into your case right away. Good luck! 🙂 P.S. As usual, I managed to disconnect Chat before I really intended to, but by that time the rep had everything she needed because I'd composed that first Chat entry. 😄

Hi Lynnee
The chat function is turned off. I emailed just got told to wait indefinitely until they decided to process the order. I am going to start looking for generic plastic holders and insert and use my own seeds. the machines I have two 24 pod XLs are high price, so are pods and you expect top support of the products. also in the past orders I always get to old stock. all in all really fed up with Aerogarden support and products these days.

greenfly , you are so right--the chat function is gone. I suppose it will stay that way through the holidays. You can easily use your own seeds, sponges, and pods. You can use your own nutrients, too. Amazon has all kinds of supplies that fit Aerogardens, as well as Aerogarden pods. Sponges, for example: amazon.com/gp/product/B0995W5W3S/People here can give you suggestions for seeds that work well. Or you can get the AG seed pod kits directly from Amazon, if you make sure that they are in stock and shipping from Amazon. For example: amazon.com/AeroGarden-Salad-Greens-Seed-6-Pod/dp/B01614SRAS/I think that the Amazon and Aerogarden prices are the same.

I try not to judge CS too hard, as lynnee said, "these days." When I'm out and about, most every business building and storefront I pass has the "Help Wanted" sign in the window. Many of the companies I deal with in the local area, are sending emails saying they are hiring, if I know anyone, etc. So...keeping the above in mind, where are you located? What are you trying to order from Aerogarden? I'm asking so we might put our collective heads together and come up with some possible alternative resources for you.

Please be patient. They are not a huge company like one expects. There are under 100 employees there. They too have to wait for product to ship to them to ship out.
We are still in a pandemic even though things are much better but with containers out in the ocean and companies promised product and not receiving that too can be a problem.
I am NOT say this is their issue however it is what we are going thru at this time unfortunately.
If you can not email them, try to contact them thru Facebook if you have an account there. It has only been two weeks so I bet it arrives soon. Oh and it is a Holiday week.
PS. I do not work or have any affiliation with them. Just my observations and things I know about them.

Thanks for your responses and suggestions, the way ahead as Lynnee suggested to seek seeds and holder etc elsewhere.
I placed my simple order for some pods on 11th Nov now 25th and they haven't even got to processing my order so if that happens Monday will be 2nd week of December.
Basically new orders have missed your chance of getting stuff before Christmas now!!!
will start reading best seeds to use for Toms with Aerogarden 24 pod plus systems, unless you have a link :-)

greenfly, So far, I've grown the AG heirloom red and golden harvest tomatoes, which taste good. AG wouldn't tell me what the varieties were when I asked, but pods ought to be available for immediate shipping from Amazon. AG did tell me to look for seeds for dwarf determinate tomato varieties--indeterminate varieties get too tall for AGs, for one thing. sher has me growing Veranda Reds from Burpee, but I don't know how they taste. I do love the way that they grow--they're compact and stay in their space. The leaves of the AG tomatoes form a thick canopy of interlocking leaves that have to be pruned frequently, and that hide the fruit.

This picture was take this week at my local store: I bought one box, 6 pods, $6.99...pretty good deal. Has the nutes pre-planted pods, etc.

greenfly, your order may just show up. That has happened to me more than once. And, my order from this last August still shows up as "Processing" on my Account page. Even though I received it a long time ago. Sometimes, the first I know about an order having shipped is that I get a notice from Fed Ex about a delivery of "Indoor Gardening Supplies", as I signed up with Fed Ex to get these notices. By the way, Walmart's website doesn't show them having any Aerogarden stuff "in store," but it is there at my store! I came across it when we were looking for something else in the garden department. I must say that this is pretty common with the Walmart stores near me though. Go figure, right?

One of my recent AG orders arrived at a local FedEx hub after a few days, then wasn't delivered for another 3-4 weeks. No kidding.
FedEx has been hiring contract workers to deliver packages, and the contract drivers often return to the hub with undelivered packages at the end of the day. I think that this happened several times, and then the locals completely lost track of the package for a while.
When the package was finally delivered, I got no "your package has been delivered" notice. The notice arrived in my email two days later, and of course I thought that some other package had been stolen. I wasted a lot of time getting everything matched up.
Anyway, in the end it was FedEx, not AG, that was to blame for the slow shipping.

I remember, several years back, a package sat for 2 weeks, at a hub or something. I had to explain that to the recipient of that Christmas gift. GRRRR. Lots of times, a package goes out on a truck & doesn't get to my house for a couple of days. Sigh.

Don't you just hate being at the far end of the FedEx delivery route, Ginny?

Don't you just hate being at the far end of the FedEx delivery route, Ginny? I'm not sure what is worse...waiting for a package from FedEx, or being the favorite FedEx drop-off for houses behind us!!! Really! There's one driver that can't figure out that there are flag lots around here & he drops their stuff off at our house. I just call the wife now, because hubby doesn't handle it well.
