So the garden is all set up, it recognizes my network, but when I put in the password and touch “ok” it isnt DOING anytthing - and I’ve done this multiple times already ... did I miss something? Am I doing something wrong?

I do not have any Wi-Fi unit so I am unable to help you. Hopefully someone else here can. If not I would suggest of course calling AG on Tuesday.

Something seems up with the wifi, I don't think my app has been accurate in weeks. I just paired two more units to test and the app is screaming about low water even though the units are fine- I just filled them yesterday. I do use a separate, older router for my IoT devices, so it may be failing at my router, not on AGs end.
I tried pairing one of the Bounties I haven't bothered to pair yet, and it got stuck generating the bar code for their app. However, when I pressed the "Home" button the wifi had successfully connected and I was able to get the barcode by going back to it through the menus.
How far are you getting?

I only get as far as entering the password ... I can type in the password, but when I touch “okay” nothing happens ... and I’vetried this repeatedly and always get stuck there.

In the Wi-Fi menu have you tried Scan Code to re-pair the app?

Finally got it to connect ... seems our network’s password was too long! I had hubby change it because our vudu service kept conking out and the password was a total p.i.t.a. to have to reneter every time I wanted to watch a movie in our bedroom. Lo and behold the new SHORTER password let the AG connect IMMEDIATELY!

aaarrrg. technology is supposed to make life easier. I am glad you got things resolved w/o too much trouble. But it takes so much of our time to trouble shoot and seek out a fix. My bro is into all that for a living and ENJOYS reprogramming and waiting, troubleshooting and more waiting. It drives me bonkers because I have no patience. Glad things are looking Sunny once again.
