One of the must successful plants I've had, but it's on the trailing edge of its stay. Right now, I'm harvesting everything just as it turns completely red, and I'm almost done.

I forget how hot these are. Where would you say they fall compared to a jalapeƱo?

they're in the vicinity of Cayenne level heat, and indeed are listed as Cayenne variants on some seed sites.
With that in mind, I think I'm going to dry all mine and make my own "pizza pepper" crushed red pepper.
